Contract Signing and Sample Development
After both parties confirm the technical proposal and commercial terms, a formal contract will be signed. The client will make a down payment, and our side will establish a dedicated project team to develop a detailed project schedule.
The sample production phase includes material procurement, mold development, sample assembly, and comprehensive testing. After the samples are completed, performance testing, safety testing, and on-site customer testing are conducted.
After confirming the sample meets the performance standards, the client signs the sample confirmation document.
Batch Production and Quality Control
Based on sample confirmation, proceed with mass production preparations, including production line setup, process standardization, work instruction development, quality inspection standard establishment, production personnel training, and small-batch trial production verification.
Officially commence mass production, implement comprehensive quality control throughout the entire process, including incoming material inspection, production process monitoring, and finished product testing. Regularly provide production progress reports to customers and arrange on-site or video inspections as required.
Shipment Delivery and Logistics
After production is completed, the products are packaged and labeled according to customer requirements, complete export documentation is prepared, international logistics transportation is arranged, and destination port customs clearance support is provided to ensure the products arrive at the customer's designated location on time.
After-sales Service and Continuous Cooperation
Provide product installation guidance, technical support, and spare parts supply services. Establish a rapid response mechanism for quality issues and conduct regular customer follow-ups. Offer continuous support for subsequent orders and product upgrades to deepen long-term partnerships.
